Welcome to the TJK Machinery India Private Limited Demo Spare Parts Store (the “Website”). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Website.

1) Nature of Service

• The Website showcases a spare‑parts catalogue and a modern checkout experience.
• Unless clearly stated at checkout, transactions may be demonstration‑only and not constitute a binding sale.

2) Pricing & Taxes

• All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and, where applicable, are inclusive/exclusive of GST as indicated at checkout.
• Tax invoices are issued by TJK Machinery India Private Limited (GSTIN: 06AAHCT2724Q1ZW).

3) Payments

• We process payments via Razorpay. Supported methods may include cards, UPI, net‑banking, and wallets (subject to Razorpay and issuer availability).
• We do not collect or store card/UPI details. Payment data is handled by Razorpay’s PCI‑DSS compliant systems.

4) Orders & Fulfilment

• Order acceptance occurs when you receive an order confirmation email/SMS. We may cancel any order for reasons including stock, pricing errors, or compliance.
• Estimated dispatch windows are communicated during checkout (see Shipping Policy).

5) Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including text, graphics, UI, and software, is owned or licensed by the Company. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute without prior written consent.

6) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Website, especially when used in demonstration mode.

7) Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Shipping Policy

Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
• Dispatch timelines: 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Shipping Partners & Charges

• We ship through reputable couriers within India. Charges are shown at checkout based on weight and destination.
• Tracking details are shared via email/SMS after dispatch.

Delivery Issues

• Please report non‑delivery or damage within 48 hours of the expected or actual delivery.

Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if not yet dispatched.

Returns & Refunds

• Eligible returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery with original packaging and proof of purchase.
• After inspection, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
• Non‑returnable: opened electricals, consumables, custom‑cut parts, or items marked “non‑returnable”.

Refund Exceptions

• Damage due to misuse, improper installation, or unauthorised repair is not covered.
